QC ASSISTANT (OPERATIONS) – 1 VACANCY
Responsibilities: To perform routine visual and physical quality checks on raw materials, products, and the production
environment; to record data accurately, maintain quality assurance checklists, and ensure compliance with hygiene
and GMP standards; to support the QA Officer by reporting quality and food safety deviations, assisting in sample
collection, and maintaining documentation; to participate in pre- and post-operational sanitation checks, pest
observation reporting, and internal/external audit preparation.
Minimum STPM or Certificate in Science or related field; Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior QA / QC experience in food production is an advantage.
Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
Awareness of FSSC 22000, VHM, QMS, and Food Regulations 1985 preferred (training will be provided).
