MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER (ACCOUNTS)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Department for identified business segment.
Review and prepare of routine management information including financial accounts, budget and cash flow management with staff.
Managing internal control system.
Preparation of Annual Budget.
Assist the preparation of Annual Report.
Assist in the compilation and preparation of quarterly report for Audit Committee and Board of Directors’ meeting.
Liaising with auditors, banker, solicitors, company secretary and tax agents pertaining to finance, accounts, secretarial and tax matters
Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time
Qualification and/or Experience Required:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
At least 6 years relevant working experience and preferable from Construction, Property Development division.
Resourceful and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
