PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in construction or property development
Able to handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to resolve customer issues
Prepare correspondence, reports, and project documentation
Maintain proper filing, records, and customer databases
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
