FACTORY SUPERVISOR

FACTORY SUPERVISOR - 1 VACANCY 
Responsibilities: To understand and familiar with the whole process flow and control at processing section; to 
enforce company policies, quality, safety and food safety policies; to plan & schedule manpower, materials, product 
and machines effectively; to oversee work flow and performance of workers in terms of accuracy, speed and 
quality of work; to ensure works are carried out in accordance to specification, optimization of resources usage and 
meet quality and safety requirements; to supervise daily activities & to ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) 
has been practiced; to ensure workers perform their duties at orderly manner at each section as stated in Hazard 
Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP); to provide on-the job training for new workers to ensure they understand 
their job function; and to inspect processing line and checks for sanitation and safety conformance among workers.
Diploma in Food Technology.
Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM2.2K and above.
Basic mathematics skills required.
Strong leadership skills
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently.
