QA OFFICER (OPERATIONS)

QA OFFICER (OPERATIONS) – 2 VACANCIES 
Responsibilities: To ensure effective execution of food safety and quality assurance programs on the production floor; 
to monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), Operational PRPs (OPRSs), hygiene, labeling, and documentation; to act as 
the shift-level QA representative for production zones (clean area, dirty area, and morning shift) and to support issue 
escalation, corrective actions, traceability, and internal/external audit preparation.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology or related field. 
Minimum 2 years working experience in QA/QC roles within the food manufacturing sector preferred. Salary RM2.2K and above.
HACCP training or certification preferred.
Familiar with FSSC 22000, GMP, VHM, QMS, and Food Regulations 1985.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, documentation and reporting skills.
