OFFICE ADMIN MANAGER - Kuching
We are looking for an independent, self-driven team player to join our company as Office Admin Manager in 
Kuching area.
Working hour: Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the property development field.
At least 2 – 3 years of sale/customer service experience, preferably in property or real estate development industry. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with basic accounting is an advantage.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.
Driving license will be advantage & own transport.
Responsibilities:
Able to liaise with government authorities, Land & Survey, Council, MOH, Bank, legal firms, agencies, contractors 
consultants for all matters regarding the projects.
Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies for property projects.
Coordinate and implement property launches, roadshows, exhibitions and promotions.
Monitor and maintain all process related to MOH, legal firms matters (Documentation submission, compliance requirements, follow ups and coordination with relevant authorities)
Prepare, organize and maintain project documents (contracts, drawings and correspondence) 
Assist in the preparation of contracts, progress reports, and other financial documents.
Manage office operations, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
To assist in day to day operations efficiently. 
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
