QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ENGINEER

QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ENGINEER- (Kuching)
Requirements: 
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying,  Civil Engineering , Construction Management or related field.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents
Monitor project costs and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and evaluate bills off quantities (BQ) and other tender documents.
Familiar with project tendering and contract administration
Knowledge of design and visualization software such as Auto Cad and Ms Office skill
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work interdependently and report to the management directly

Responsibilities: 
Manage construction contracts, ensuring all parties comply with the contract terms and conditions
Conduct valuations of completed work, preparing interim and final accounts and certifying payments for clients, consultants and contractors.
Monitor and control project costs by reviewing financial data to ensure projects remain on budget.
To coordinate site works
Good working attitude, ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines
