CONSTRUCTION / SITE ENGINEER (Kuching/ Kota Samarahan)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the projects and monitoring project performance on a daily basis from earthwork to completion.
Perform a variety of construction/ building design tasks and thorough checking on the building works at any construction stage
Good coordination and communication with clients, contractors, site workers or other parties to the construction development
Lead the construction operation and solving the problems/challenges effectively
Identify the potential construction risks, provide technical advice and perform mitigations
Prepare internal reports and progress reports
Records and files relevant site documents
Good time management and independent in operation Ensuring site safety
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management
Based at Kuching / Samarahan area.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
Based at project site office
You are required outstation when necessary
Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience especially in earthworks and building works
Experience with construction methodologies and well vested in construction drawings.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
