Property Job Responsibilities:
Property Administration
Assist in preparation, processing and monitoring of Tenancy Agreements.
Maintain and update tenant records, rental files and property documentation.
Coordinate utility matters (application, transfer & termination).
Prepare tenant correspondence, notices and documentation.
Monitor tenancy expiry and support renewal processes.
Ensure proper filing and document control (physical & digital).
Assist Executive in handling tenant inquiries.
Marketing Support
Assist in marketing vacant units (listing & coordination).
Respond to new tenant inquiries and arrange viewing schedules.
Maintain database of prospects and occupancy status.
General Administration
Provide administrative support to Property Executive.
Prepare letters and perform data entry.
Ensure proper document organization and archiving.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Property Management or related field.
3-5 years experience in property administration / leasing / admin work.
Experience in tenancy management is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Organized, responsible and able to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
