SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Monthly closing and reporting :
Undertake the preparation of the monthly closing of accounts and submission of financial reporting.
Monitor and analyse profitability against budget / costing and overhead expenses.
Assist in internal control improvement.
Responsible on year end closing, review of financial statement and tax returns.
Liaising with auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to manager on a timely manner on the operational issues.
Leading and guide team members on revenue recognition, cut off on sales and purchases.
Support yearly budgeting and forecasting with all stakeholders.
Handle project and construction full set accounts.
Experience and familiar with payroll processing and related statutory compliance

Day to day cash management:
Monitor cash position and support to optimise cash position.
Preparation of statutory payment through internet banking portal.
Forecast short terms cash flows.
Any ad-hoc requirement by the management.

Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Finance or any Professional Certificate.
Strong accounting and analytical skills.
Dedicated, positive thinking and responsible.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
Team player, proactive, good attitude, able to work independently & efficiently.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in audit firm.
Have experience in using UBS Accounting System.
