OFFICE ASSISTANT CUM DESPATCH - Kuching
Job Scope:
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries.
Maintain office records and filing system.
Assist with general office administration.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with 3rd-party service providers.
Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
SPM / Diploma (office administration related is a plus).
1–2 years office or dispatch experience preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
