ACCOUNT/ADMIN CLERK - Kuching
Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting data entry and documentation.
Prepare and issue Quotation, Delivery Order, Purchase Order and Invoices.
Maintain proper filing and records of documents.
Scan and organize documents into the company system.
Assist in procurement and administrative documentation when required.
Support daily office operations and accounting tasks.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word)
Responsible, organized and able to multitask.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must possess own transport.
