MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS (Kota Samarahan)
Job Responsibilities:    
Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre
Achieve monthly sales, unit and quality targets
Develop and motivate aftersales staff
Focus on customers' satisfaction activities
Regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry 
Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English

MANAGER, CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIONS (Kota Samarahan), Minimum 2 years working experience in automotive industry, Degree Holder preferably in Engineering or its equivalent, Manage an authorized Toyota dealership service centre, Achieve monthly sales, unit and quality targets.
2. SALES ADVISOR (Kota Samarahan), Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, Minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales related field, Approach customers, identify needs and recommend Toyota models, Possess a valid driving licence.
3. ADMIN ASSISTANT (Kota Samarahan), Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Minimum 1-2 years related work experience, Perform daily administrative functions and assist in motor insurance renewals, Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. AUTOMOTIVE SENIOR TECHNICIAN (Kota Samarahan), Minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Minimum 3 years related working experience in automotive, conducting repair and service jobs at the service centre, Possess a valid driving licence.
5. PARTS ASSISTANT (Kota Samarahan), Minimum SPM/MLVK or related field, Minimum 1-2 years related working experience, Ensure the proper control of inventory, Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
