HR EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and resignation processes.
Handle leave, attendance, and employee records.
Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports.
Support employee relations, welfare, and training matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirement:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices. Knowledge in company secretary works or Company Act 2016 is an advantage.
Able to handle confidential matters with integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
