JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER (Office Based) - Kuching & Site
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent
Familiar with AUTOCAD Software
Good communication skill and experience in liaising with client, consultant and suppliers
Eager to learn and take responsibilities
Having experience in the construction industry related to the Electrical field will be an added advantage
Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision 
Must be a team player
Willing to travel and to work overtime when the need arises
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Must have own transport
Responsibilities:
In Office (Main Responsibilities)
To prepare tender document and proposal (Tech data, specification catalogue etc)
To follow up with client/maincon/interior designers for changes and amendments 
To request for quotation and all the required document for submission
To study the needs statement from client and propose accordingly for the electrical/automation system
To prepare work program, shop drawings job safety analysis, QAQC forms, work method statement, manpower report, progress claim, customer service report etc during implementation of projects
To research on automation system products 
At Site:
To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in electrical works
To ensure the subcontractors and workers are implementing the OSH operational control
To study shop and construction drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications
To ensure that all works carried out based on the work instructions and project requirements
To provide guidance and work instructions to supervisor or Sub-contractor in daily activities
To carry out inspections and tests at project site from time to time 
To coordinate in procuring of materials for project use
To attend all site meetings and handle comments from consultant or client
To perform any other duties set by the company or his/her direct superior, which does not include in the above-mentioned descriptions
Having experience / knowledge in control / automation basics will be added advantage
