F&B EXECUTIVE - Kuching, Sarawak
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Support:
Support Restaurant Managers / Area Mangers in maintaining daily outlet operations standards.
Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliance.
Assist in resolving operational issues relating to service flow, product quality, and staff coordination.
Monitor and ensure strict adherence to company operational policies and guidelines.
Food & Beverage Standards:
Ensure consistency in food presentation, portion control, and overall product quality across outlets.
Support the implementation and rollout of new menu items and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate closely with the Kitchen Operations Executive to ensure full compliance with kitchen SOPs and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the Barista Trainer to maintain beverage quality, preparation standards, and consistency.
Service Quality Monitoring:
Monitor and evaluate guest service standards across all assigned outlets to ensure alignment with company expectations.
Conduct regular service observations and provide constructive recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support and reinforce customer service training initiatives at the outlet level to enhance overall guest experience.
Operational Audits & Compliance:
Assist in conducting operational audits covering hygiene standards, service quality, and product consistency.
Identify operational gaps and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor and follow up on action plans in collaboration with Restaurant Managers and Area Managers to ensure compliance with company standards.
Training & Staff Development:
Support onboarding and basic operational training for outlet staff.
Assist in coaching Restaurant Managers and supervisors on operational standards.
Participate in refresher training programs.
Performance Monitoring:
Assist in monitoring outlet performance indicators, including sales trends, product mix, and operational efficiency.
Compile performance data and prepare reports with actionable feedback for the Operations Manager.

Achievement of targeted Outlet SOP compliance scores
Service quality performance rating across assigned outlets
Consistency of product quality and presentation across all outlets
Successful implementation and execution of new promotions and initiatives
Reduction in operational complaints and service-related issues
JOB / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in multi-outlet F&B operations, retail chains, or franchise environments, knowledge of local regulations and market trends in F&B industry in Sarawak is an added advantage.
Possess strong people management, leadership, communication, organization, analytical thinking, commercial awareness, mathematical, problem-solving skill and managerial capabilities.
Proficient in in MS office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with F&B KPIs (Sales, P&L, Inventory, Labour Cost, Mystery Shopper, etc.)
Flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Able to travel regularly within Sarawak and possess own transport.
