Job Scope
Administration
Handle day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support.
Manage office supplies procurement, document filing, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Oversee office cleanliness, safety, and ensure an organized working environment.
Human Resources
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate employee training, performance appraisal, and welfare programs.
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
Related working experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Fast learner and can work under minimal supervision.
