
HR EXECUTIVE - Kuching
Job Requirement:
Qualification Required: Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any other related courses from a recognised university.
Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
Able to socialize well at all levels of people.
Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Able to work in a team and ability to work independently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling staff monthly salary computation and salary report generation
Provides payroll information by responding to staff questions and requests where necessary
Updating of employee personal record from time to time.
Responsible for staffs work permit application and renewal.
Preparations of HR & Administration Department correspondences that includes Appointment Letter, Confirmation/Extension Letter, Termination & Acceptance of Resignation
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Liaise with government bodies on all statutory requirement
Complies with relevant authority requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Prepare and process monthly salary, inclusive OT and allowances.
Prepare and submit the relevant monthly documents and payments to EPF, SOCSO, and Inland Revenue Department, as per statutory guidelines.
Prepare Staffs EA forms.
Act as PIC (Person in Charge) inquiries contact for inquiries to/from statutory bodies in relation to EPF, SOCSO, and Inland Revenue Department.
Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
Create and maintain all employee personnel files, ensuring archiving of leavers and cleansing of the information held in line with the Data Protection Act.
Responsible to undertake special assignments, and perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
