
ADMIN ASSISTANT - Kuching
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Manage filing systems and maintain organized records
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations when required
Perform data entry and update company databases
Monitor office supplies and assist with procurement
Support other departments with administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous administrative experience is an advantage
