INVENTORY AUDIT TEAM

INVENTORY AUDIT TEAM - Canaan Square, Kuching (Retail / Multi-Outlet Business)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Audit Team member to ensure 
inventory accuracy, compliance, and proper stock management across all warehouse and 
store locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular audits, 
identifying discrepancies, and improving inventory control procedures.

Key responsibilities:
Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and spot checks to ensure data accuracy.
Reconcile physical counts with system records and investigate discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures
Assist in year-end inventory audits and external audit requirements
Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stocks and report findings
Job requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
At least 1–3 years of experience in inventory auditing, stock control, or warehouse operations.
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems
Willing to travel to different branch locations (if required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and reporting skills
High attention to detail and accuracy, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work 6 days per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary range:  RM2000.00 – RM2200.00  (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
