
ADMIN ASSISTANT - OUTLET - Matang, Kuching
Responsibilities:
To serve and provide good service and handle all the customer enquiries effectively.
To process customers’ order accurately.
Verifying orders and contacting customers for incomplete information.
Ensure all the customer transaction been billed accordingly.
To raise Purchase Requisition for back-to-back order.
To co-ordinate with production team on completion of order to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare Delivery Order for the delivery.
To carry out all other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
SPM and above.
Minimum 2 years working experience.
Able to work under minimal supervision.
Good communication skills.
Politeness and friendly attitude.
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
