
CENTRE MANAGER - Kuching
Centre Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in social services or community development.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to multitask, problem solve and work indepently.
Passionate about community work and supporting vulnarable populations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
Able to work some weekends or evenings when required for programmes/emergency situations
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day centre operations.
Manage and supervise staff & volunteers.
Plan, coordinate and implement programmes, outreach and community activities.
Maintain reports, case documentation and compliance.
Build partnership with government agencies, NGOs and community stakeholders.
Oversee budgeting, resource planning and facility management.
Represent the centre in meetings, events and collaborations.
