
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years working experience in construction field
Able to handle full set of accounts independently
Familiar with accounting software (AutoCount)
Good knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow
Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely payments
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretary
Handle SST submission and statutory compliance
Assist in budgeting and financial analysis
