Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building Construction or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years construction experience
Able to read and interpret drawings
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations
Monitor work progress and quality
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with safety and project specifications
