SITE SUPERVISOR (HIGH RISE)
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building Construction or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years working experience in building construction
Experience in high rise projects is required
Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities for high rise construction works
Monitor project progress according to schedule
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements
Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality
Prepare and submit site progress reports
