
RECEPTIONIST - Mendu Office (Kuching)
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors
Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier
Maintain proper filing and documentation
Assist in general administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is an added advantage
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Responsible, punctual and able to multitask
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
