As our Administrative Executive, you will be the heartbeat of the office. You will provide high-level
administrative support to our management team while overseeing the daily office operations.
You aren’t just there to take notes; you are there to solve problems before they happen and keep
the team moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices and credit notes
Customer Communication: Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
Discrepancy Resolution: Liaise with the sales and warehouse teams to verify pricing, quantities,
or missing information needed to complete billing.
Record Keeping: Maintain organized files of all billing documents and correspondence
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Advantage: Prior exposure to or experience with SAP software.
Strong command of the English language.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
