ICT EXECUTIVE - Kuching
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintain and troubleshoot the Lab Information System (LIS) to ensure continuous functionality.
Collaborate with laboratory staff to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Perform regular system upgrades and updates to keep the LIS current.
Provide training and support to lab personnel on the proper use of the LIS.
Ensure data integrity and security within the LIS.
Monitor system performance and address any issues promptly.
Generate reports and analyze data to support laboratory operations.
Experience in Asset maintenance and management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years working experience with Lab Information Systems (LIS) or hospital support is an added advantage
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
