
ADMIN CLERK - Based in Kuching
Responsibilities:
Sorting and filling of documents
To prepare daily operation reports & admin task
To carry out any other duties & job functions instructed from time to time
Responsible for all warehouse operation activities, receiving, deliveries, coordinating stocks arrangement
Ensure on time delivery according to plan
Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification
Computer literacy in MS Word / MS Excel
Relevant working experience is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided.
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
Team player with ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
