PURCHASING AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Key responsibilities:
Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in line with company needs, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
Administrative Support: Assist in handling various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory records to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, purchases, and correspondence, and prepare reports for management as needed.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth procurement and operational processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Conversant in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
