Job Scope:
Execute sales plans, implement marketing and advertising activities, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop customers based on the company’s strategic direction, product positioning, customer targeting, and market positioning.
Develop sales strategies and approaches for products, such as special promotions, sponsorship activities, etc.
Explore new markets and sales channels to increase product distribution and market coverage.
Conduct regular store visits to check product inventory, pricing, and shelf display conditions.
Collect, analyze, and consolidate sales data to prepare marketing reports.
Maintain good relationships with customers and handle all customer inquiries and requests promptly.
Participate in exhibitions, food fairs, product sampling, and promotional food events.
Gather consumer feedback and market information to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English
1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or marketing is preferred.
Familiar with the East Malaysia market and retail distribution channels is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
Able to work independently and willing to travel for fieldwork; proactive with strong execution skills.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
