ADMIN ASSISTANT (Based in Lawas)
Requirements:
Min 2-3 years related experience, will be added advantage if have relevant experience in construction field
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canvas and PDF Management tools
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, control and maintain all incoming and outgoing project documents including drawings, correspondences, reports and transmittals
Ensure all documents are properly logged, indexed and filled according to the company's documents control procedure
Maintain document register for traceability and quick retrieval
Distribute controlled copies of documents to relevant project personnel and ensure superseded versions are removed
Support the project team in preparing and submitting document transmittal, letters, reports, memos and meeting minutes
Handle site correspondence, including emails, courier and incoming/outgoing mail
Support the Project Manager, Engineers and QAQC team in document submission, filling, and tracking of approvals.
Assist in scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments and logistics
Assist in maintain the filing system for ISO / QAQC documentation 
Perform other project or administrative-related tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
 

TROPICAL RHYTHM SDN BHD - 1. EXCAVATOR OPERATOR (Based in Lawas), Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Excavator Operator, H, I valid driver’s license, digging, lifting, trenching, routine maintenance, safety protocols
2. MOBILE CRANE OPERATOR (Based in Lawas), Valid CIDB, DOSH Mobile Crane Operator License is mandatory, Minimum 2–3 years of experience, load charts, lift plans, rigging, DOSH regulations
3. STOREKEEPER (Based in Lawas), At least 1–2 years of experience, Basic knowledge of construction materials, Receive, verify and record materials, Monitor stock levels, Maintain cleanliness and safety
4. ADMIN ASSISTANT (Based in Lawas), Min 2-3 years related experience, Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canvas and PDF Management tools, Manage project documents, document control procedure, meeting minutes
