SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR

SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (Based in Lawas)
Requirements:
At least 3 years related experience in construction safety
Valid SSS certification
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure comply with safety rules, regulation and procedures
Conduct daily site safety inspections 
Identify unsafe acts and conditions, take immediate corrective action, and report to SHO or Project Manager
Ensure all workers wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of safety file, safety log book, HIRARC, and other records
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings before start works and induction training for new workers and visitors
Communicate safety alerts, instructions, and emergency procedures clearly to all site personnel
Assist in preparing and maintaining Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and conducting drills
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and assist SHO for preparing monthly safety reports
