FINANCE MANAGER

FINANCE MANAGER 
Key Responsibilities;
Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets and cash flow
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and analysis
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
Monitor profitability by business segment (pest control, hygiene & desludging)
Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections
Monitor operating costs, fleet expenses and manpower costs
Manage working capital, credit control and debt collection effectiveness
Credit Control & Risk Management
Review customer credit limits, credit terms and CTOS reports
Oversee debt collection, bad debt provisions and legal recovery processes
Work closely with Sales and Operations on overdue accounts and disputes
Tax, Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements - SST, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax and LHDN E-Invoicing requirements
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and company secretary
Prepare audit schedules and statutory submissions
Internal Control & Process Improvement
Establish and improve finance SOPs, policies and internal controls
Support contract review from a financial and risk perspective
Implement system improvements for accounting and reporting efficiency
Team Leadership
Lead, coach and supervise finance/accounts staff
Set KPIs and ensure performance standards are met
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MICPA) is an advantage
Minimum7–10 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Experience in services-based industries (pest control, facilities management, environmental services, logistics, or similar) is preferred
Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
Preferably male candidate
