SENIOR HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE 
Salary: RM4,000 – RM5,500
Location: Piasau Industrial Estate, Miri, Sarawak
Job Responsibilities
To oversee and manage all HR & administrative matters for Miri and Bintulu branches. 
To prepare and issue monthly payroll accurately and on time using payroll software.
Calculate overtime, allowances, commissions, and statutory deductions that compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN etcs.
To manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting, screening, interview, onboarding, and prepare all relevant documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding documents etcs.
To handle disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries, and prepare relevant letters when necessary. 
To plan and coordinate staff training programs, include handle HRDC claims.
To oversees office maintenance and facilities management. 
To undertake procurement for office supplies and others, ensure the process are in accordance with preset flow. 
To ensure all company's admin matters completed on time such as license renewal, utilities bill payment, fire extinguishers validity & etc. up to date and are in place.
To make sure HACCP & Halal Certification are valid and production process are in accordance to the set procedures.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business management, HR, or related field.
3–5 years of working experience in HR & Admin.
Experience handling office supplies, vendor management, and service contracts.
Well-versed in Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Employment Act 1955, including statutory compliance, employee benefits, and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors, management, and employees.
Willing to travel when needed.
