BEAUTY SALES CONSULTANT - Saradise, Kuching
Key Responsibilities
Treatment & Client Care
Perform facial and skincare treatments professionally
Provide accurate skin analysis and consultation
Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and service
Follow up with customers on skin progress and treatment results
Sales & Customer Relationship
Promote facial services, skincare products and packages
Explain treatment procedures, pricing and aftercare clearly and accurately
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and products
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
Social Media & Crowd Engagement
Create and post beauty-related content on personal social media (IG/TikTok/FB)
Drive traffic, bookings, and brand awareness through personal platforms
Participate in brand campaigns, events, and promotions    
Daily Support
Assist with bookings, basic admin, and clinic operations
Assist therapists/beauticians when needed
Support events, launches, and in-store activities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the shop
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience 
Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
Confident, friendly and customer-oriented
Strong negotiation and persuasion skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior sales experience is an added advantage
Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness
Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content
Sales-oriented with good communication skills
Active on social media (IG/TikTok preferred)
Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Malay is a bonus)

Working Details
Position: Full-Time
Working Hours:     Monday to Saturday (9am to 6 pm with 1 hour break in between);                         Sunday and Public Holiday upon events
Salary: RM 2,800 ++
