QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
We are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. 
This position requires a professional who can effectively manage both the financial aspects 
and on site supervision of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within 
budget and to the quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimation, project financial reports and feasibility studies.
Analyze and evaluate subcontractor quotations and tenders.
Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures.
Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders and final payment certificates.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal regulations.
Proficient in MS Office and construction-related software.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills with high responsibility.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
