FRONT DESK OFFICER - Kuching
Diploma / Certificate in Customer Relations, Hospitality and / or Automotive or its equivalent
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently
Answer customer enquiries through phone and in-person promptly and professionally
Conduct follow-up calls and collect customer feedback after service
Handle customer complaints tactfully and escalate when necessary
Greet and serve walk-in customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
Provide support and assistance to Service Advisors as needed
