SENIOR MANAGER – BASED AT OIL PALM ESTATE, SRI AMAN
Job Descriptions
Maximize quality FFB production to achieve yearly yield target for the estate
Planning, budgeting, manage and oversee overall estate operation including nursery, land preparation, planting, field maintenance, harvesting, transport and infrastructure.
Maximize utilization of estate manpower, machine and materials within the set budget.
Implement internal control system, strategies and policy and procedure.
Facilitate cost efficient operations. 
Ensure estate operations are in compliance with the Environment Safety and Health policies, legal and other related statutory regulations.
Ability to communicate with local authority and local communities.
Job Requirements
Preferably a Diploma/Degree holder in Agricultural Science/Plantation Management or related disciplines
At Least 15 to 20 Years of senior operational management position in oil palm estate, preferably in peat soil area.
Having exposure in managing an estate with planted area of minimum 4,000 hectares.
Possess excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
