QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Kuching
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all costs relating to building, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects, from initial calculation to the final figures
Being able to be proficient in claims
Prepare tender and documents, including bills of quantities
Undertaking cost analysis
To attend site meeting
Others as instructed by management of company
Requirements:
Candidates with Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized universities or equivalent
Must be able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin (written & spoken)
1 – 2 years working experience in related field
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Proficient in computer literacy with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
