ACCOUNT ASSISTANT - Saradise, BDC
Job Responsibilities:
Extract, analyse and tally financial information from in-house operating system.
Perform account payables functions (which include posting of invoices, process payment, update payment summary, update cash book & bank record accordingly)/
Process daily online bank transactions.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
Finalise financial transactions and update general ledgers in accounting software.
Liaise with external stakeholder i.e. auditor, tax agent, banker and other third parties on job related matters.
Ensure proper filling of accounting records & documents.
Prepare various management financial reports.
Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Accounting.
Fresh graduate in encouraged to apply.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Related working experience in accounting is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, result-oriented & self-motivated.
A strong team player, have good time-management skills.
