ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue bills and invoices in a timely manner
Maintain and manage physical and electronic filing systems to ensure proper recordkeeping and easy retrieval
Handle incoming telephone calls, respond to enquiries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail or deliveries
Perform accurate data entry into company databases and systems
Provide administrative support in the preparation of reports and quotations
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent
