SITE ENGINEER

SITE ENGINEER (Kota Samarahan)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise all activities on site, including site progress, sub-contractors' performance, and quality control.
Interpret construction drawings and provide technical guidance on-site.
Conduct quality checks, site inspections and ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
To maintain all relevant forms, documents, correspondences and records in respect to daily work records.
To attend all site meetings and technical meetings as directed and when necessary.
Support project planning, scheduling, and material tracking.
Any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in landed housing construction; experience in high-rise projects is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Building/ Civil Engineering/ Construction or related discipline.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to converse and write proficiently in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Excellent problem solving, coordination and communication skills. 
Willing to work at odd hours when required & necessary;
Must possess own transport.
