PURCHASE EXECUTIVE 采购执行员

PURCHASE EXECUTIVE 采购执行员 (1 Vacancy)
Salary Range: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Purchase Order To Suppliers from KL, Penang, Johor.
• Arrange 40ft HQ container with shipping company, Forwarding Agent.
• Make sure container arrival date is meeting customer delivery deadline.
• Be responsible to claim spart part from supplier regarding product defect.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Autocount Inventory Software)
• Strong sense of meeting customer deadline and shipment date.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
