JUNIOR FIELD SUPERVISOR - Kuching
THE JOB
The person will be assisting the Field Supervisor and Plantation Executive for the day-to-day supervision, and coordination of field works and daily reports on the operations of an Oil Palm Estate.
REQUIREMENTS 
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or Plantation Management or related fields
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years working experience in an oil palm estate and familiar with field operation including planting, pruning, spraying, manuring, and harvesting 
Good discipline and able to work independently
Team Player, matured, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
Dynamic person with high degree of Honesty and Integrity
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; both written and spoken
IT/Computer Literate– Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint would be an advantage
Have basic knowledge of Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO).
Have basic knowledge of Health and Safety
