RESIDENT ARCHITECT

RESIDENT ARCHITECT (Based in Lubok Antu, Sri Aman)
Qualified degree with minimum 5 years experience
Working experience in architectural field
Architectural site supervision experience at supervisory level is also a prerequisite
Able to do quality control and analyze work programme against work on site
Check that materials used and site construction works are in strict compliance with specified specifications and drawings
To control and maintain daily site situations and monitor site records
Suitable skill in coordination of consultants’ and contractors’ input at various stages of construction works
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision & able to participate in a team work environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess own transport
Preferably local Sarawakian
