ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTOR OF WORK (IOW) - - Serikin, Bau
Requirements: 
Minimum 5 years of on-site experience for Architectural works.
Relevant/recognised Degree/Diploma in Architecture (or closely related to architecture).
Preferably with LAM’s registration of IOW

Duty and Responsibilities and other attributes:
To assist project architect in preparation of reports, documentation, meetings and discussion.
To monitor and inspect to ensure works in compliance to drawings and specification.
Well versed in reading and understanding drawings and specifications of architecture works, 
    and in relation to other disciplines.
Able to work, coordinate and communicate well with project team members including client, 
    contractors and consultants.
Can work independently with motivation under minimal supervision.
