DESPATCH CLERK CUM OFFICE ASSISTANT - Kuching
Responsibilities:
Coordinating and despatching of outgoing and incoming mails.
Running errands for the office; i.e to pay utility bills or purchase of office supplies.
Assisting in basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning and binding documents.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
SPM/Certificate in any related field.
Possess valid driving license (B2 & D).
Preferably male who resides in Kuching, physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently and in various weather condition.
Familiarity with local routes and traffic conditions.
Basic English speaking and reading skills to handle simple documentation and instructions.
