FARM SUPERVISOR

FARM SUPERVISOR - Kuching
Preferable male 
Must possess at least Diploma/Degree in related field
Must have work experience as farm supervisor or any similar working experience
Possess good interpersonal & communication skills (English, BM & Mandarin)
Supervise planting, maintenance, and harvesting activities
Manage and guide farm workers
Monitor crop growth, pests, and diseases 
Ensure proper use of farm inputs and equipment 
Report daily farm activities to management
