COMMIS 
Requirement:
Minimum SPM/Diploma or certification in culinary arts will be an advantage.
At least 2 year(s) working experience in related field, preferably with commercial kitchen experience.
Good knowledge of Western/Asian cuisine and culinary skill.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Good working attitude, discipline, punctual and in a good health including the stamina to remain on their feet for extended periods.
Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays
Be flexible to work additional hours on short notice when operationally required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities: 
To assist in day-to-day in food preparations, cooking, plating and general duties in the kitchen.
Ensuring right product quantity, full adherence to recipes and standards in maintaining food quality and kitchen safety.
To keep the working area clean and the cleanliness and hygienic practices in food preparation.
Coordinate, substitute for/or assist other cooks.
To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
